Hui Ling Loh is a board certified behavior analyst. She has also been a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International since 2005. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism and Organizational Behavior Management in April 2007 from Western Michigan University. While pursuing her degree, Ms. Loh worked in an early childhood developmentally delayed classroom of a special education school. She had held the position as a Behavior Technician and Graduate Supervisor in the classroom where she supervised and trained practicum students. In July 2007, Ms. Loh joined ABC, Inc., working with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities, supervising other behavior consultants, and ensuring the quality of clients’ program. She is currently the Clinical Administrator of ABC Center Singapore and ABC Center Philippines, where she oversee the clinical operation of the centers. Her responsibilities include ensuring clinical effectiveness of programs through training behavior technician and behavior analyst, supervising staffs, conducting assessment, creating and troubleshooting lessons and behavior plans, providing parent training through teaching of ABA techniques to ensure generalization process continues at home. Ms. Loh has provided international classroom consultation in China and Bahrain and program consultation for families in Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.
